QUALITY POLICY


OBJECTIVE:

  • Auditing performed in accordance with the requirements of the accreditation body and standards
  • Organize training according to customer needs
  • To stay among the leaders in Lithuania and to expand the market in foreign countries

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES, OPERATIONAL TRENDS:

  • Continuously improve the quality management system in accordance with LST EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard requirements
  • Identify and anticipate customer needs, assimilate audits to new standards
  • Improve the service delivery method by aligning it with the certification body
  • Systematically raise the qualifications of staff at all levels
  • Ensure the responsibility of each employee for the quality of the services and for the quality of their work in accordance with their duties and competences

MANAGEMENT LIABILITIES:

  • To enable employees to work qualitatively and efficiently, ensuring social guarantees and a benevolent atmosphere of mutual understanding
  • Recognize employees' merits, creativity and encourage them to achieve higher results
  • Provide conditions for the realization of ideas and proposals, taking into account their practical benefits
  • Pay special attention to the selection of staff and their qualifications
  • Pay remuneration based on the results of the work
  • Review quality policies each year to keep them up to date
