 Commitment to certification impartiality and confidentiality I, the joint Lithuanian-German company UAB TUV UOLEKTIS, TÜV Thüringen e.V. General Manager Jonas Vytautas Pivoras, undertake to carry out the audit of the joint Lithuanian-German company UAB TUV UOLEKTIS in accordance with the following principles:
I declare that the personnel of the joint Lithuanian-German company UAB "TUV UOLEKTIS" will operate impartially. Auditing and certification can not and will not be executed if there is a threat to persons or institutions acting in their own interests. I declare that the staff of the Joint Lithuanian-German company UAB TUV UOLEKTIS will not be subjected to commercial, financial or other pressure that could compromise the impartiality and objectivity of the certification activities of the joint Lithuanian-German company UAB TUV UOLEKTIS. I declare that the certification decisions are based on objective evidence of conformity (non-compliance) collected, and its decisions will not affect the interests of other parties. I declare that all information provided by the client is considered confidential, unpublished and not transmitted / disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
