  • Is it possible to move to a new standard during a maintenance audit?
The new standards for ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 came into force on 15th of 2015. From this date, a transitional period of 3 years will begin for the transition to the new versions of standards, which will end on 2018-15-15. Therefore, all certificates issued in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 / ISO 14001: 2004 will no longer be available from 2018-15-15. An appropriate transition audit must be carried out during a transitional period of 3 years. After the passage audit performed, the validity of your certificates will be changed accordingly. From the old version of the ISO 9001: 2008 standard to the new ISO 9001: 2015, you can go through the following audits: • During routine maintenance audits, • During recertification audit, • It is also possible to do this during an unplanned audit, depending on the additional volume required.

  • How long are the certificates in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 / ISO 14001: 2004?
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) have established a transitional period of 3 years. All certificates issued in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 / ISO 14001: 2004 will be valid until 2018-09-15.
