QUALITY POLICY
OBJECTIVE:
- Auditing performed in accordance with the requirements of the accreditation body and standards
- Organize training according to customer needs
- To stay among the leaders in Lithuania and to expand the market in foreign countries
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES, OPERATIONAL TRENDS:
- Continuously improve the quality management system in accordance with LST EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard requirements
- Identify and anticipate customer needs, assimilate audits to new standards
- Improve the service delivery method by aligning it with the certification body
- Systematically raise the qualifications of staff at all levels
- Ensure the responsibility of each employee for the quality of the services and for the quality of their work in accordance with their duties and competences
MANAGEMENT LIABILITIES:
- To enable employees to work qualitatively and efficiently, ensuring social guarantees and a benevolent atmosphere of mutual understanding
- Recognize employees' merits, creativity and encourage them to achieve higher results
- Provide conditions for the realization of ideas and proposals, taking into account their practical benefits
- Pay special attention to the selection of staff and their qualifications
- Pay remuneration based on the results of the work
- Review quality policies each year to keep them up to date
- Constantly assess the risks of Covid-19 and make risk mitigation decisions
